Please hold off on buying tools and safety equipment until classes start. We will cover all the specific requirements during your September orientation.
There is not a required technology purchase for students in this program.
Welcome to the Electromechanical Technology program at Holland College’s Summerside Waterfront Campus! Over the next two years, you will transform classroom theory into technical expertise through intensive, hands-on training across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems. Our comprehensive labs will give you practical experience with everything from electric motors and hydraulics to mechatronics and advanced Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
