I am a graduate of the Bachelor of Science: Kinesiology program from the University of Calgary. Prior to joining the Recruitment and First Year Advising team, I worked with Holland College Athletics and served as the Head Coach of the Women’s Hockey team, where I had the opportunity to mentor and support student-athletes both on and off the ice. I am excited to bring that same passion for student success into my role as a Recruitment and First Year Advisor. My goal is to support students in navigating their academic journey and achieving their personal and professional goals. I look forward to connecting with you!

I was born and raised in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and I'm a proud alumnus of the University of Prince Edward Island, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Diversity and Social Justice Studies (DSJS) in 2018. Before joining your Recruitment and First Year Advising team, I worked for Student Affairs and Accessibility Services at UPEI, where I supported students with disabilities throughout their higher education journey. During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered as a Campus Life Advisor and served as Co-Chair of UPEI’s 2SLGBTQ+ society, the Rainbow Alliance. These student-led groups provide safe spaces where students can connect with peers, relax, and access campus as well as community resources. I'm here to help with any questions you may have and to guide you in the right direction. Feel free to stop by Montgomery Hall and say hello. I’m always happy to help!

Underneath this crazy wrap, I’m a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle). That means I can run on gas, electricity, or a combination of both. My job is to take our recruiters across the region visiting high schools and public events to explain to people why Holland College is right for them! We’re looking forward to hitting the road again, but if I’m running on electricity, you won’t hear us coming, so follow our tour schedule on our Insta and Facebook pages.

If you’re concerned about how you would fit in at Holland College, if you have a learning disability, or even if you just don’t know which program to take, contact our Academic Support team, they’ll help you figure things out.
