Our Academic Support team is here to assist you on your educational journey. Together, we will help you become an independent learner and encourage you to reach your fullest academic potential.
Who can request academic support?
We provide support for students with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental illness, or students who are beginning to struggle in their program.
You can request academic support when you apply to Holland College or at any time during the school year.
We can assist with time management, organizational skills, study skills, and strategies.
If you are a student with special learning requirements or are worried that you will have a challenge adjusting to the academic workload, contact the Academic Support team! We will help you become an independent learner and encourage you to reach your fullest academic potential.
Accessibility and Accommodations
Holland College is committed to creating an inclusive teaching and learning environment that meets the needs of its diverse student body.
If you anticipate learning or assessment barriers related to the format or requirements of your program, please reach out to our Academic Support team to explore supports and accommodations.
You can request academic support at any time during the school year; however, requests must be made in a timely manner in advance of the accommodation.

Free tutoring for all students
As a Holland College student, you can receive up to three hours of FREE 1-on-1 tutoring through the Nimbus Learning App.
