Welcome to Computer Networking Technology at Holland College. In this program, you will build practical skills in computer hardware, operating systems, networking, Linux, cybersecurity, and IT support through a strong mix of classroom instruction and hands-on lab work. Classes are kept relatively small, allowing instructors to work closely with students as they learn to configure systems, troubleshoot problems, and develop real technical skills. Many students begin the program with little or no prior computer networking experience, so we focus on building skills step by step from the ground up. Success in CNT is less about prior experience and more about curiosity, consistency, problem-solving, and a willingness to put in the work. We look forward to meeting you and helping you prepare for a career in IT and networking.
