This one-year, Post-Graduate Certificate program was developed to provide university Bachelor of Science graduates with extensive hands-on experience in the field of Bioscience. The post-graduate certificate in Bioscience Technology offers practical and applied courses from our Bioscience Technology program. The hands-on training that students receive in our laboratories complements the theoretical science courses from their existing BSc. This post-graduate certificate program provides the hands-on skills the biotechnology industry is looking for, as well as research and analytical experience suitable for those wishing to pursue graduate studies.
Students entering this program will take a two-week lab course in late August leading into the Fall semester of the program. This lab-based course is designed to ensure students have the necessary lab skills to be successful in the Bioscience Technology program.
Our first day is Wednesday September 9th, in Room 204C (Charlottetown Centre), starting at 9:00 AM.
