Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ventilation Technician to install, maintain, and repair ventilation systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, be able to read technical drawings, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service ventilation systems, including ductwork, fans, dampers, and air filtration units.
• Inspect systems for proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and airflow issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure systems are properly balanced for air distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations on all job sites.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in ventilation or HVAC installation and service.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and HVAC standards.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
