Red Seal Maintenance Electrician at Master Packaging

Job Description

Master Packaging Inc., the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging located in Dieppe NB & Borden PE is currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Red Seal Maintenance Electrician (or Red Seal Millwright willing to obtain their red seal electrician certification)in our Borden PE location.

• Hourly Rate: Red Seal - $38.43 / + $2 Night Shift / Time and a Half Sunday Premium
• Rotation: 4 on, 4 off (8 Day Rotation)
• Shift: 2 Day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) followed by 2 Night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

• Identify and perform various maintenance activities in a highly automated industrial environment
• Technically strong
• Possess excellent communication and priority management skills to enable you to take charge of situations
• Ability to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and international manufacturers to get the job done right the first time

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education in mechanical trade required
• Licensed Electrician – Red Seal or 4th Year Apprentice - required
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong skills in automation troubleshooting
• Superior work ethic
• Knowledge of computer software (e.g. Microsoft applications, Maintenance software)
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate well with others
• Strong commitment to quality and safety
• Strong desire to learn new skills and hone existing ones
• Ability to work rotating 12 hour rotating shifts is mandatory
