Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Most Wanted Jewellery & Pawn

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing across Most Wanted Jewelry & Pawn and Exor Games. This is a position for someone who gets things done: creates content, manages social media, keeps information up to date, and helps drive traffic into stores and online. If you can take raw inventory, promotions, and store activity and turn it into content that gets attention and brings customers in, then this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support both Most Wanted and Exor Games marketing needs
• Create and post content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries
• Take photos of products and create promotional graphics
• Assist with in-store promotions and campaigns
• Maintain and update website listings (products, promotions, etc.)
• Help plan and execute sales events and marketing campaigns
• Keep branding consistent across all stores and platforms
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Establishing new and maintaining relationships as well as, potential and regular clients
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, and measuring results
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Assisting with new product launches
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing skills with good grammar and attention to detail
• Comfortable using social media for business
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Able to work quickly and handle multiple tasks
• Good judgment and common sense
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant direction

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with WordPress or WooCommerce
• Experience in retail, pawn, gaming, or collectibles
• Photography skills Understanding of online sales
