Responsibilities:

• Identify and perform various maintenance activities in a highly dynamic agriculture operation
• Ensure all equipment is ready when needed to support the farm
• Direct the skilled mechanics to ensure the most efficient and safe work practices
• Use excellent communication and priority management skills, interact with colleagues, suppliers, and others to get the job done right the first time
• Troubleshoot issues in field to ensure maximum uptime

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting, preferably in an agricultural setting
• Basic computer knowledge, experience with CMMS preferred
• Communicate well with others
• Committed focus on quality and safety
• Strong desire to learn new skills and hone existing ones
• Electrical troubleshooting skills an asset
• Preference for post-secondary education in mechanical trade, red seal preferred or 10+ years of experience
