Holland College is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Executive Director, Programs, Curriculum & Instructional Development. This senior leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight for the majority of the College’s academic programming and plays a critical role in advancing excellence in teaching, learning, and program delivery across the institution.
Reporting to the Vice President, Academic & Applied Research, the Executive Director provides leadership across a broad portfolio of academic areas, including Applied Sciences and Engineering Technology; Computer Studies and Metal Trades; Arts, Media, and Community Studies; Health Studies; Industrial Technology and Trades; Business Studies; Sport & Recreation and Kinesiology; SOPA; and Culinary & Pastry Arts. The role also oversees key institutional functions such as Curriculum Services, the Learning Management System (LMS), the Business Analytics Centre, Customized Training, and Adult Education.
