Free, confidential counselling is available to all Holland College students.
Students access counselling services for support when they are dealing with mental health concerns, suicidal thoughts, personal or relational struggles, depression, anxiety, past trauma, sexual assault, sexuality, gender identity, addictions, adjusting to college life, or other things that may be affecting them.
To set up an appointment or for more information, please contact a counsellor directly. All our counsellors are CT and CCC certified. The counsellor will arrange an initial appointment to provide support and determine what your counselling needs are. Appointments are available during regular college hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
