Mental Health Support


Free, confidential counselling is available to all Holland College students.

Students access counselling services for support when they are dealing with mental health concerns, suicidal thoughts, personal or relational struggles, depression, anxiety, past trauma, sexual assault, sexuality, gender identity, addictions, adjusting to college life, or other things that may be affecting them.

Student Wellness provides students with free, confidential access to a professional counsellor any time, anywhere, via phone or internet.

Staffed by a team of highly trained and qualified professionals who are experts in fields such as well-being, family matters, relationships, debt management, employment issues and much more.
