Important Notes:

This is a request only. This form must be completed by January 19th at 4pm to be considered.

To be eligible, International Students must have paid their international fee in full by the start of classes.

Extended Deadlines

The permission to pay later with the Holland College Finance Department extends your payment of tuition and fees as follows:

If payment is not received in full by these set dates, a financial hold will be placed on your account, your current SAM and Self-Service access will be suspended, and you cannot return to classes until payment is received in full.

If you have been approved, you will receive email notification within 3 business days.

Please Note: If your account is forwarded to a collection agency, you will be responsible for any collection fees associated with collecting the outstanding balance of the account.
