We are looking for 2 bakers to join our team as this very busy boutique bakery. Baker would be responsible for making bread, rolls, pastry for pies, Scones, biscuits, squares, cookies, cakes. We love to experiment so are open to new ideas because our philosophy is to always introduce new product. This year we introduced new products such as cranberry bread pudding, raspberry cream cheese tarts, pavlova, etc... we love to capitalize and promote the PEI harvest. If you like to be creative you will love the atmosphere at our little bakery. We are looking to increase our bread offering

Tips are also shared by hours worked. In 2023, tips averaged around $1200 per full time employee. This year we are going to add a tip option on our POS so expect tips to increase. Staff Discounts of 20%. In some cases we co-ordinate drive sharing among employees. |
