If you want to live in Glendenning Hall or the Cumberland Residence on the Prince of Wales Campus residences located in Charlottetown, apply for a room at the same time as you apply for a program. You will not be offered a residence room until you have been accepted into a program.
Complete this online Residence Application Form or download the form and print it. There is an application fee of $25, so you will need a valid Visa or MasterCard if you apply online. If you have a friend who is also planning to live in residence, you can request each other as roommates. If you don't, we'll match you with someone based on the profile that you submit, which tells us your age, program of study, hobbies and your other interests.

Residence costs are based on your program end date. To determine the rates for your accommodations, please select from the list below:
• Programs ending April 23, 2027
• Programs ending May 7, 2027
• Programs ending May 14, 2027
• Programs ending June 04, 2027
• Programs ending June 18, 2027
Residence fees include all furniture, appliances, heat, electricity, Wi-Fi, local telephone service, and parking. The buildings are smoke-free. A $500 damage deposit is due and payable at registration.
