Holland College completed the development of the Summerside Waterfront Campus in September 2012. The Summerside Waterfront Campus development project included repurposing the Summerside Waterfront Mall into a suitable location for Holland College's Industrial Technology and Trades programs, Legal Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Adult Education.
The building is 157,000 square feet, including 37,000 square feet of retail space. Holland College's Marine Training Centre is adjacent to the Summerside Waterfront Campus's main building.
