Approximately 100 scholarships, bursaries and awards totaling $56,000 were distributed to deserving Holland College students at an awards night held at the Tourism and Culinary Centre in Charlottetown recently. The event was sponsored by the Pepsi Bottling Group, and recognized the hard work, academic excellence, volunteerism, community service, leadership skills and the professional promise of Holland College students.
Including entrance awards, bursaries and other scholarships given out earlier in the year, an impressive $185,000 was awarded in all, made possible by the commitment and generosity of individual donors, businesses, community organizations and foundations.
The Holland College Foundation congratulates each recipient and acknowledges the generosity of the donor community.
