Get ready to love shellfish, Regis!

He may not know it yet, but Regis Philbin is going to leave the Island a changed man. Chef Ted Grant, an instructor at Holland College's world-renowned Culinary Institute of Canada and one of five chefs preparing to do an shellfish intervention with the television personality during his visit to Prince Edward Island early next week, is confident that Regis will change his mind.

"It is an honour to be asked to cook for Regis and Kelly and to represent Holland College on an international stage. What a great opportunity to not only showcase the Island's best seafood, but to showcase this amazing culinary school to the millions of people who will be watching!"

The segment will be taped on Monday to air on Tuesday's show.
