The Electromechanical Technology program is a two-year program that covers the three broad areas of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation/control. We reinforce theory with “hands on” training in electronics, motors, generators, electrical control systems, instrumentation, motion control, programmable logic controllers, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, and machine shop.
You may have tools that will meet the requirements of the program. Allow $400 for tool purchase (if all required). Tool requirements are explained during your orientation in September.
