All incoming students must have completed the two pre-requisite courses Human Resource Management I and Organizational Behaviour (or transfer credits equivalents) prior to starting in September. Transcripts for any transfer courses must be received by the Admissions Department no later than September 30, 2024.

You will meet your Learning Manager and your classmates. We will review how the academic year will progress, and you will receive a package of program information to get you started. This session is mandatory for all students in the HRM Program.
This orientation session will cover our learning management system SAM, creating APA reports (required in the program) and plagiarism. Everyone in the HRM Program is strongly encouraged to attend.
This orientation session will cover AI and evaluating online sources. Everyone in the HRM Program is strongly encouraged to attend.
Your first face-to-face class. Courses in this program are compressed into 3 weeks and run individually (one course at a time) and consecutively (one course after the other). More information is provided in the program calendars below.
Each course in the program has two in-person, on-campus class sessions scheduled approximately every other Saturday throughout the academic year. These classes are mandatory. Saturday classes are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. The remainder of course work is done independently supported by your instructor and our learning management system SAM. This program has a unique hybrid delivery blend of 20% in person + 80% independent work. More information is provided in the program calendars.
