Welcome to the Electronics Engineering Technology program at Holland College. Congratulations on being accepted into the program. As you may have read in the news lately, the use of electronics continues to grow rapidly, and the high demand is creating shortages in many industries. It is an exciting time to be entering the electronics field as there are new and interesting developments occurring with many career opportunities.
The Electronics Engineering Technology is a very demanding program. It has a heavy course load, and students are expected to do a considerable amount of work at home and during school hours.
This can be both an exciting but also stressful time. We encourage you to contact us with any questions that you may have regarding the program curriculum and requirements.

A computer is not required for the program but is highly recommended. The computer should meet the following requirements:
Apple computers are not recommended for this program. There are several software packages that the program uses that are not available on Apple computers.
