Job Description

What You Might Be Working On:

• Helping our customers have a positive experience at our store.
• Using POS, Tour Booking and Bike Rental Manager systems
• Managing customer expectations for pick-up and/or delivery. Updating customers with significant developments and sending tracking information to customers, once their bike(s) have shipped.
• Educating customers - providing brief overview of their bike(s) and suggesting service intervals. • Management of staff/scheduling
• Ensuring store is looking it’s best for customers
• Some social media
• Advising owner of issues and opportunities and proposing solutions
• Assembling e-bikes and prepping them for rental and/or shipment and/or in-store pick-up.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from business, marketing, accounting, receation/wellness or hospitality in the past 5 years.
• Experience in retail management and the use of POS systems and staff management is highly desireable.
• Social media and graphic skills are and asset
