The Prep Cook/Lunch Cook position is a vital part of our operation. As a prep cook, you will help the main prep team be successful by organizing and creating prep list, and then executing the required prep for the day, and plan for the coming days. When the restaurant opens for the day, this position will make salads and assist on the pizza line.

Join the team at our busy authentic Italian Pizza Restaurant serving VPN certified pizza in the same method from 200 years ago when Pizza was created in Naples, Italy. We are 1 of less than 600 restaurants on the planet that serves this style of pizza, cooked in a 900 degree wood oven imported from Italy, in 90 seconds or less, with specific products like San Marzano Tomatoes that are grown in the nutrient rich soils of foothills of mount Vesuvius, TIPO-00 flour for the perfect crust, and fresh cows milk mozzarella. At Piatto, we create all of our dishes from scratch and in house, including our desserts and pastas. As a member of our team we will give you the training you need to cook pizza properly, and your existing culinary skills will continue to expand and grow working with our Chef.
