Position Summary:

Do you love to smash your goals? Kindsight is seeking self-motivated team members with sales in their DNA! The Outbound BDR will support our Account Executives (AE) in developing our pool of sales pipeline. Activities include generating outbound leads using phone, email and Linkedin supporting sales efforts and campaigns, maintenance of our CRM and other related tasks. You will learn to identify the specific needs of prospects, and how Kindsight’s products/solutions meet those needs.

What you'll do

  • Generate outbound leads using targeted lists of prospects and existing CRM accounts, leveraging signals to prioritize leads
  • Leverage technology like Gong Engage, Salesforce, Zoominfo and Sales Navigator
  • Hold yourself accountable to meeting activity requirements while ensuring quality outreach efforts
  • You will show effort & focus around cold calling
  • Be an active team member & contribute to our team culture
  • Leverage the qualification criteria to focus on the right pipeline
  • Ensure a smooth hand-off of leads to the AE team, with documented notes in the CRM
  • When appropriate, book online demonstrations with prospects by coordinating with the AE’s calendar availability
  • Participation in sales strategy sessions
  • Drive the pipeline needed to reach our revenue targets; you’ll play an integral role in Kindsight’s success
