Job Description

• Provide account services to members in a courteous and professional manner by receiving, processing and recording financial transactions.
• Inform members of new services and products that may be beneficial to them and direct them to other staff as appropriate.
• Keep up to date on financial industry trends and participate in seminars, courses, etc.
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing organizational and individual goals. Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualfications:

• High School Diploma
• Currently enrolled as a post-secondary student
• Experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
• Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
