Job Description

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauting, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Keeps a clean work space before during and after service hours. Maintains kitchen equipment and chemicals as needed. Follows food safety regulations.
