Your Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional accommodation services, oversee reservations, and manage guest communication - As the Ambassador of our house you will ensure an unforgettable experience for our valued guests - Assist with operational tasks, including Airbnb guest check-in, inquiries, and reservations - Participate in developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives aimed at growth - Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning to high-quality standards - Maintain a positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in all interactions - Ensure house supplies, including toiletries and cleaning products, are adequately stocked - Maintain the exterior of the house by performing light yard work, including weeding flowerbeds - Clean our three en-suite bedrooms according to Airbnb reservations to ensure each room is ready for check-in |
Requirements - Proficiency in computer skills, including email, phone, and Airbnb communications, is required - Strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently - Familiarity with various cleaning products and their appropriate use on different surfaces and fabrics - A positive attitude and a willingness to exceed expectations to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain clear communication with the property owner regarding any requests or maintenance issues
