We are looking for full time cleaners to start working with starting in either May or June 2023. This is a seasonal job, which means you will be working until September or October. About The Gig: -You will be cleaning high end vacation homes between check ins and check outs -You will work 5 days, with 2 days off -Saturdays are required from June 1-Sept -Hours are typically 8am-4pm, but there is the ability to work more flexible hours as well -We manage high end properties & our cleanliness must reflect that! Requirements: -Able to lift 25 lbs -Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time -Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions -Attention to detail -Polite disposition -Positive attitude -Ability to work quickly and efficiently -A reliable vehicle to get you to our office daily -Working phone with minutes and data at all times -A clean criminal record -A valid driver's license and vehicle Duties & Responsibility: -You will be responsible to clean everything from the top of kitchen cabinets to moving furniture. We wipe, scrub, and always makes sure that everything sparkles. -Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and washing bathroom floors by hand. -Making beds neatly -Scrubbing grout, tiles, toilets, tubs, showers -Cleaning ALL surfaces -Using a 3-4 step ladder to reach light fixtures, tops of cabinets, etc. Benefits: -Vehicle allowance to use during working hours -Allowance for phone and data usage Experience isn’t necessary but is definitely an asset.
