To work as a Food Safety & Quality Team Member within our “A” team.  This is an entry-level position that we’re prepared to provide training for but if you have existing Food Safety experience that’s a serious bonus!

Our number one priority is the safety of our customers. We produce food so customer safety, as well as satisfaction, is always front of mind. We are known for the great taste and high quality of our products and we strive to maintain this reputation.

This newly formed role will include helping the Senior Production Manager and the Food Safety Team maintain and develop a high level of Food Safety and Quality standards. You will play an important role on our team allowing for lots of learning and career development opportunities.

This is your opportunity to produce some amazing treats (and have fun doing it!).

 Responsibilities:

  • Food Safety: Establish and sustain health and safety and food safety protocols (SOPs) and implement and sustain the Safe Food Canada Act as well as additional certification requirements. Assist in training and the development of team members to comply with our standards.

  • You have a high degree of comfort with technology including a variety of software suites and learning how to master new ones.
  • Due to the responsibility of food production being highly organized and detail-oriented is a must. That’s why we ask you to please include the words “green Cadillac” anywhere in the answers to the application form question below.
  • Due to the responsibilities of this role applicants must be 18+ years of age.

  • Be able to bend and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Have reliable transportation

Perks:
