The Role We are seeking a fun, dedicated, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and excited to work within an engaging Montessori-inspired environment. You will play a key role in supporting children during their most important developmental years, helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Support Montessori principles and child-led learning experiences under Montessori trained staff
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social-emotional growth
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Educator (Certified or recent graduates that will meet the requirements)
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• An understanding of, or willingness to learn, Montessori methods
• A positive, energetic, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
