The cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. The candidate will cook, clean, assist other cook and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. They must have the ability to multitask. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred. FULL TIME MID-APRIL TO THE END OF AUGUST - WEEKENDS ONLY SEPTEMBER THROUGH TO THE END OF OCTOBER.

The candidate will have great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. They must be service oriented with great attention to detail and be adaptable. Due to limited work space the person must also be very organized. Food quality is number one.
