Work the grill cooking classic cuts including Certified Island Beef Tomahawks. High volume, fast paced service. About the restaurant: The Modest Butcher Kitchen + Market is an approachable yet refined restaurant on the Westside Wine Trail in West Kelowna. We showcase rustic, wine-country food in an unpretentious setting. We serve lunch and dinner and are open year-round. Our menu features as much local product as possible and follows the Okanagan produce growing season. Steak is a prime focus on our menu and always comes from ethically raised animals. We offer a diverse selection of dishes that accommodate all dietary choices. Our kitchen makes everything from scratch in a supportive, positive work environment. We love to teach all skill levels and encourage collaboration and new ideas.
