Delegate tasks to kitchen staff Skilled in operating kitchen equipment Skilled in various cooking techniques Oversee and perform the preparation of food. Manage kitchen utilize menu set and add suggestions or menu recommendations Ensure meals are served in a timely manner Food should be well presented and temperature accurate Follow food safety regulations and


Minimum three years in working in a busy restaurant/ culinary establishment High School diploma or higher Culinary school would be an asset


Tips are equally shared with all restaurant workers 50% discount on our facility food-does not include alcohol Assistance with discounted accommodations may be possible
