You Will Be Responsible For: - Receiving all inbound calls and representing Invesco in a professional manner across all media types - Establishing and building rapport with customers by engaging in conversations that educate them on Invesco products and services. - Develop and offer business building ideas to enable our client base to become more efficient in the way they do business with Invesco - Work closely with other departments and representatives to build and maintain existing business and relationships - All administrative client service issues (i.e., rejected trades, problem resolution) - Ensure all information requested by clients is forwarded on a timely basis - Highly diligent in understanding customer requirements - Meeting or exceeding departmental quality standards and job-related performance targets - Demonstrating strong multi-tasking skills while still being accessible to our client base by performing the day-to-day operations
