Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Answering general inquires via telephone, emails and social media pages
• Invoicing Scheduling and coordinating work for the auto shop as well as contracting businesses
• Balancing accounts
• Individual payroll for approx. 5 employees
• Preparing and coordinating appropriate information for year end tax submission (With company Accountant)

Education: Grade 12; Secondary education in one of the following: Business Administration; Administrative Assistant

Experience: Experience is an asset however, willing to train a highly motivated willing to learn individual

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual and be willing and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. The individual must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask
