Welcome to the Spring edition of Thrive, Holland College Alumni Insider.
Published and distributed just four times a year, each edition includes discounts, perks, contests, stories, and important news just for Holland College alumni!
The Holland College Foundation recently celebrated Penny Walsh-McGuire, Events and Conventions Management 2000, and Jennifer Driscoll, Police Science 1998, as the recipients of the 16th Annual Distinguished Alumni Awards. The event, a three-course dinner at The Culinary Institute of Canada, included introductions by current students, remarks by the honourees, and a slideshow of each recipient's journey.
Thank you to both Jennifer and Penny for the significant and meaningful impact they are making in their respective industries and the greater community. Jennifer and Penny truly are wonderful examples of what hard work and a Holland College education can accomplish.
