This online microcredential offers a comprehensive introduction to the essential aspects of team building skills vital for fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Participants will explore the following topics:

  • Trust-building

  • Principles of coaching and mentoring
Learners will gain the skills and knowledge to enhance team cohesion, communication, and engagement within their workplace.

Course Format

This course has four modules. For each module, you will be given questions and an assignment so you can put what you learned into practice. Each module has a quiz to see how much information you retained from the material.

Upon successful completion participants will be equipped with the skills and strategies necessary to develop and sustain a dynamic, high-performing team environment within their organizations. 

Competencies: 

  1. Analyze team dynamics within the workplace. 
  2. Identify factors that help to build trust, open communication, and respect among team members.
  3. Justify proactive measures to prevent and resolve team conflicts.
  4. Design a strategy to promote team engagement within the workplace.
