Step 1: Apply
To apply for a position, please email your application to careers@hollandcollege.com. Be sure to include your updated resume, three references, and quote the competition number for the job you're applying for. Emphasizing how your experience and qualifications match the position you’re applying for is essential. Upon submission, expect to receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging receipt of your application.
Step 2: Screening
Your application will be carefully reviewed. If selected for an interview, a representative from our Human Resources department will contact you by email (and secondarily by phone if email is unsuccessful) to provide further details on the next steps. This communication occurs within three weeks of the competition closing. Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
Please note: We do not retain applications for future consideration. Each competition requires a separate application.
Step 3: Interview Process
Our interviews are conducted by a selection panel and typically last between 45 to 90 minutes. Questions may be presented in various formats, ensuring consistency among all interviewees. Some positions will require a presentation, details will be provided in advance.
Step 4: Reference Checks
Before extending any offer of employment, we ensure to check at least two work-related references (one at the supervisor level). You can expedite this process by contacting your references beforehand to confirm their willingness and availability to speak with us, and to verify that their contact information (phone number & email address) is up to date.
Step 4: Offer
We aim to make hiring decisions within two weeks of the interview. Candidates will then receive notification of the competition outcome.
