The Holland College Welshmen Community Band will stage its third annual spring concert 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 5 in the gymnasium in the Charlottetown Centre on the Prince of Wales Campus.

The popular event will feature the full concert band, which will perform a wide range of pieces including a medley from the hit movie Pirates of the Caribbean. The Holland College Jazz/Funk Band will perform two hot numbers, and percussion students from the Charlottetown Rural High School Band will perform in a special drum line feature. A new addition will be the collaboration between an alternative-rock group made up of Holland College students and some members of the Welshmen Concert Band.

There is no charge for admission, but cash donations for the band fund and food donations will be gratefully received.
