Holland College Programs

Not everyone knows what program they want to take. If you're not sure, don't worry about it. Contact our recruiters, they'll help you figure out what programs would be good choices for you. If you are a high school student, you may be interested in our Transitions program, which gives you the opportunity to explore different careers and earn a high school credit at the same time.

If you are a domestic applicant or an international applicant with an approved study permit, you may apply for possible openings, or to be placed on a wait list.

Holland College will fill seats as they become available right up until the program start date. If you are unable to meet the program admissions requirements prior to the program start date, please consider applying for September 2023.

The Atlantic Apprenticeship Council's Atlantic Trades Business Seal program was developed with tradespeople in mind. Divided into five modules, the program prepares you to launch and operate your own businesses or to move into a leadership role within a larger organization.


Does your career involve teaching, training, or designing programs for adult learners? Holland College and the University of Prince Edward Island jointly offer this program, which prepares you with the skills and strategies you need to be effective in the classroom.

Are you interested in pursuing your studies at a Canadian post-secondary institution, but don't have the necessary English language skills to be accepted? Our English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program is extremely flexible to meet your needs.

Thousands of professional mariners have upgraded their skills and acquired new certifications by taking Transport Canada approved training at our Marine Training Centre.


Microcredentials are formal certifications that recognize the achievement of one or more specific skills, competencies, or learning outcomes, which are identified by industry sectors to meet specific employer needs. Microcredentials may be offered face-to-face, distance, or in a blended learning format.
