Description
This is an advanced, 5 day instructor level course, which is designed to deliver the necessary instruction to serving officers that provides them with the tools and certifications to deliver quality weapons instruction to their department or agency, in the proper use of pistols. Participants will receive the knowledge and skills necessary to proficiently organize and competently conduct pistol qualifications; policies and procedures in the safe operation and maintenance of a shooting range; the differences handgun qualifications vs. handgun training; and remedial instruction in weapon skills to assist fellow officers, if necessary, to meet their annual qualification standards. The course price includes the cost for ammunition.
