What's the process for entering Canada?
You must follow all the rules and requirements of the Government of Canada in order to be eligible to enter Canada.

When Do I Need to be on PEI?
The first day of class is September 5th, 2023. You can arrive prior to this date and are encouraged to do so to allow you more time for possible travel disruptions.

I don’t have my study permit / My study permit is delayed. Can I start my program late?
No, Students are required to be here for the start of their program. If you are not able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to cancel your seat.

Can I defer my acceptance to next semester or next year?
Unfortunately, we cannot defer acceptances or applications from one year to the next. Applicants who are looking to defer their acceptance to another year will have to reapply online, pay the application fee and upload their documents to their Dashboard again.
When is my International Fee Due?
Payments are due on September 5th and January 8th this year for first-year students. Late fees will be applied if payments are not received on time.

Can I opt-Out of the Student Health Plan?
To opt out of the "Medical (International)" a PEI Health Card is required. If you do not have one and are wanting to see if you're eligible, please visit https://www.princeedwardisland.ca/en/service/apply-for-PEI-health-card-new-residents
