Job Description

The Tour/Bike support worker is a member of the team providing services to the customers of PEI Guide and Drive Services. We offer personalized tours for bikers and walkers. We also provide airport pickups, luggage transfers and bike rentals. We have a working relationship with other Canadian tour operators such as Great Canadian Tours, Velo Quebec and US Independent Tourist Cycling Vacations. We provide service to people from all over the world from Australia, Europe, United States and all across Canada. Tour/Bike support workers duties include but are not limited to:

• driving customers to destinations as determined by their itinerary
• providing local history and points of interests during transportation
• transferring luggage between accommodations
• assisting with bike transfers and equipment
• other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• must hold valid drivers license
• must have a good knowledge of PEI geography and history
• previous touring experience is an asset
• must have good communication skills
• must present clean and presentable
• must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends
• must have or acquire a class 4 drivers license within a month of hire
