Job Description

Description: The club will require Program Leaders to assist the Technical Directors and Coordinators with management of operations for the 2023 Summer Camps. Duties will include on-field coaching, communications, set-up of the field, and various other tasks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience using email and other basic computer skills
• Ability to work within a plan
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to work with children and adults
• Assists in the preparation, presentation, and implementation of programsExcellent problem-solving skills
• Must be between the ages of 15 and 30 years old at the beginning of the period of employment (Applicants who are 15 years and 30 years old at the beginning of the employment period are eligible to apply)
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who is able to legally work in Canada
• Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at beginning of employment period as well as be legally able to work in Canada
• A valid Police Vulnerable Sector Clearance Check is required for candidates 18 years and older and must be received on or prior to the start date Priority to applicants returning to school in Fall of 2023 (Proof of enrollment will be required)

Other information:

• Work Environment: The work environment is mainly outdoors and requires physical activity.
• Work Term Start - May 29, 2023 (14 weeks)
• Finish - August 21, 2023 Up to 30 hours per week (Guaranteed at least 30 hours per week).
• On field at our programs either day times or evenings.
• Hourly Wage - $14.50 Additional administration hours will vary depending on time and need.
