Entry level food preparation, focus on cutting and preparing cheese for sale in a busy booth at the Charlottetown Farmers Mkt. (Saturdays year round 8 am – 3pm, Saturdays & Wednesdays in the June to October). Maybe called upon to also work as a cashier when needed. Professional and responsible conduct in a fast paced environment. Teamwork, organizational and verbal communication skills necessary.
Experience and skills with cutting at a fast pace when needed will be an asset. Culinary students welcome to apply. Food Safety training will be needed.
