Food preparation and cooking tasks by the chef for a daily changing 4 course menu. Bread baking and preparation of desserts. Preparing picnic baskets for guests. Proper food safety and sanitation and organized work is a must. Help with inventory management and menu planning. Plating and presentation of dishes.
Strong interest in culinary and desire to learn and grow. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and read english recipes. Willingness to work in an open kitchen with customer interaction. Ability to stand long periods of time and lift heavy items. Willingness to working in a very small team with a flat hierarchy.
A hot meal is provided. We share gratitude contribution for car fuel.
