Job Description

Arrowhead Camp is looking for a chef and/or sous chef to operate our kitchen. We run a small overnight camp of ~ 185 people (including staff) that runs an amazing summer home for our campers. Staff live on site on the beautiful Lake of Bays. Our staff works as a team with kitchen staff having full access to the camp facilities and activity staff pitching in when required in the kitchen. This is a unique position as our current chef will help guide and supervise with the aim to get the successful applicant ready to run the kitchen. Once ready the successful applicant will be able to take on the mantle of food ordering as well. A great chance to get your feet wet in the food industry with support from a chef with 20+ years experience.

Qualifications

Be in good standing with Holland College and have a food handling certificate/training
