What should I do if my Holl Pass is lost or stolen?

Deactivate your card immediately! This will prevent anyone else from using the card to purchase items or to gain unauthorized access to Holland College buildings.

You can deactivate your Holl Pass online, (select Account Tool and then select Suspend Card), or by email, phone or in person at the Holl Pass Office.

What should I do if my Holl Pass is damaged?

If you Holl Pass is damaged, you will need to replace it. Log into SAM, go to Holl Pass Student Request Forms and select Student Holl Pass Replacement. You will be charged $20 (tax included) for a replacement card.

If I lose my Holl Pass, do I lose the funds I have in my accounts?

If you deactivate your Holl Pass before someone had a chance to use your card, you won’t lose the funds you have on the card. To deactivate the card, sign in, select Account Tool and then select Suspend Card.

Deactivate your Holl Pass as soon as you realize that it has been lost or stolen, as you are responsible for all transactions made before the card is deactivated. Once your Holl Pass is deactivated, log into SAM to get a replacement one. The funds on your Holl Pass will be transferred to your new Holl Pass. You will be charged $20 (tax included) for the replacement card.
