Garde Manger (cold station )Entremetier ( soups pasta veg pizza etc ) Hotline (ovens pans grill meats ) Dessert station (plating and garnishing ) Expediter (calling the line ) and liason between kitchen and server plus plating and garnishing Cosulting with chef on daily specials ideas Preparing for banquet functions Pride in your quality of work and presentation
