Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Cook and Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. Kitchen Assistance: Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, slicing bread, and preparing ingredients for cooking. Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Adherence to Standards: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and culinary standards. Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in breakfast offerings.

Requirements: Previous experience working as a breakfast cook or in a similar culinary role preferred. Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and dedication to food quality and presentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
